When the potatoes are pushed forward by the screw in the machine, they are peeled and polished by the mutual friction with the brushes, and the water is sprayed by the high-pressure nozzles above the machine, so as to achieve the continuous cleaning effect. We can also equip a grading machine after peeling to separate the potatoes into different sizes for two processing lines.
After peeling, we have a conveying machine to transport the potatoes into the cutting machine. Workers stand or sit beside the conveyor machine to check and inspect the potatoes.
Potatoes are cut by a two-dimensional cutting machine to be chips or fries by changing the knife set. The whole machine is made of all stainless steel, with a heavy-duty frame structure. The driving area and the cutting area are separated, the hygiene standard is high, and the maintenance is convenient.
This machine uses the natural mechanics principle of water tumbling to keep potato chips from being damaged during the whole washing process. It is used for cleaning and removing the starch of potato chips. After the potato chips are transported to the vibrating screen after circulating cleaning from the washing tank, the suspended double row spray system will form a high density spray belt to spray and clean them for a second time. After that the potato chips will come out from the machine by the vibrating system.
