Machine Description:
This dicing machine is compact in structure and adopts optimized sanitary design. The casing and cutting grid are made of stainless steel. The cutting blade is double-edged for high efficiency. The cutting size of minced meat is 5mm and 30mm. It is suitable for cutting frozen meat and is an essential equipment in food processing.
Feature:
* Used for fresh meat, micro-frozen meat(above -4 degrees;), semi-defrosted meat, fruits and vegetables;
* Step moving push rod makes the material cutting shape standard and can change the material cutting thickness.
* Double - edge cutting knife with high efficiency and it can be changed with sawtooth to cut meat with bone.
*These two machines have two types of blades: German and Chinese. The cutting of materials using German blades is more precise and the cutting surface is better.
*For the machine equipped with German knife, the reducer is also made in Germany. Siemens Electric, Omron relay and the entire hydraulic system are all imported originals.
