Products Description:
Grading Machine
The machine uses the control diameter gap to sort the fruit of different sizes. Fruit less than the size of the gap will dropp down to the hopper or belt, larger than this size will continue to transfer forward.
The machine is not easy to damage the fruit, the sorting speed is fast, the efficiency is high, and the labor is saved.
* This washing machine adopts bubble cleaning, which can effectively separate the surface attachment of the cleaned objects, simulate the basic action of manual cleaning, and effectively avoid the phenomenon of collision, knock and scratch in manual cleaning, and improve the work efficiency.
*The machine has circulating filtration system, the water of the pool is filtered through the pump continuously, to achieve the purpose of purification. Sewage containing floating objects is discharged from the spillage, while dirt settling at the bottom of the pool is discharged from the bottom of the machine;
* We can make different functions like ozone, ultrasonic, filter, etc. according to your need.
The red date keeps moving forward and rubbing on the moving brush to remove the dust, impurities and soil adhering to the surface of the material. We can install the blowing fans at the front of the machine to blow off the dust on the fruit surface before cleaning and polishing; we can also install the fans at the back of the machine to blow off the water droplets on the surface of the cleaned fruits.
Air Drying Machine
This machine adopts several blowers to blow off water on the surface of food. It is especially suitable for the various vegetables and fruits such as: cherry, tomatoes, jujube, kumquat, sweet potato and so on after washing. It can be connected with washing machine, cutting machine, etc to be a full automatic processing line.
Pitting Machine
* Put the red dates on the conveyor belt then it will be transported to the pittting pins directly.
* The pulp and core will come out from different outlets and will not contaminate each other.
* Standard function is pitting only. We can make it with cutting function as well like 1/2 cuts, 1/4 cuts, etc.
* The machine is welded with stainless steel thick-walled square tube and channel steel, which enhances the stability during start-up and operation.
* As long as the position of red dates is placed correctly manually, the rate of pitting is high.
Grading Machine
* Fast breaking, less noise, simple operation, high efficiency;
* The thickness of finished product can be changed by adding or reducing blades;
* Can be used to make chili sauce, mashed potatoes, ginger, garlic and so on.
