Description of forming machine:
* Adopts hydraulic transmission, pneumatic transmission, mechanical transmission, high degree of automation. It can automatically complete filling, molding, paper attaching, output and other processes. Magnetic protective switch (safety cover), electrical interlocking mechanism and electrical conversion system, with reliable safety protection devices.
Description of starching machine:
* After the product passes through the slurry spraying part, the lower part is evenly adhered to by the slurry stored in the slurry trough, and the upper part is adhered to the slurry by the slurry curtain. When passing through the air knife, the excess slurry is blown off and then transported to the next process.
Description of breading machine:
* The product enters the lower mesh belt, and the bottom and sides are covered with bread crumbs. The bread crumbs flowing down from the upper hopper cover the upper part of the product, which is pressed by the pressure roller (the thickness of the bread crumbs on the upper and lower mesh belts can be adjusted), and then passed through the air shower, to blow off excess crumbs.
